Alec Zetter | Founding Partner

Alec has a decade's experience recruiting the very best policy, public affairs and communications professionals in the UK.

He has worked with organisations ranging from corporates, membership and professional bodies, consultancies and not-for-profits.

Before starting in recruitment he worked in communications and events for the UK's largest public affairs network, and started life in political research.

You'll never hear the end of it if you ask him about the intricacies of Padel (or tennis.... or table tennis....).

James Green | Founding Partner

James has over a decade's experience in corporate affairs recruitment, specialising in appointing the best communications talent in the UK.

James has worked with high profile organisations across industry in both the private and public sector.

Before life as a headhunter, James worked in hospitality and in PR. Which explains both his obsession with food and his healthy respect for/fear of journalists.

Don't ask him about his barbecue unless you want to be bored to death with how to achieve the perfect doneness for brisket.
